AdFlowDesk is a customer-relationship and analytics platform for marketing and media-buying teams. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Data we collect
We collect account and profile information for users you invite, the configuration of the advertising accounts and trackers you connect, and the advertising performance metrics returned by those connected platforms.
How we use connected ad data
When you connect an advertising account, we read advertising statistics (such as spend, impressions, and results) for the ad accounts you explicitly authorize, solely to display analytics inside your AdFlowDesk workspace. We do not use it for advertising targeting and we do not sell it.
Storage and security
Data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure and protected with access controls. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.
Third parties
We rely on infrastructure providers including Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting), and on the advertising platforms you connect. We do not share your data with other third parties for their own purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.
